Amazing location near Times Square, excellent breakfast options. The room was cozy and clean, offering great value for money at Hyatt Place 😊

Make sure to get king room with a pull out bed, bathtub, as for instance. The location is central.

Everything was first-class, including very very helpful staff in the Night shift. Got well furnished triple room with 2 queen beds as expected, greatly enjoyed it. My room included coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. The hotel was centrally located to many tourist spots. Besides, St Doulagh's Church was 4 km away from the venue.

Despite the cramped quarters, the lively atmosphere and the staff's warm hospitality transformed our stay. We enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, but the long wait for the elevator became a daily challenge.

Property was cool, with attentive staff and amazing location in calling a yellow cab to go to the airport. The room was functional and neat with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom. We stayed here for 7 nights and liked the place.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from iconic attractions. The staff were pretty good too provide recommendations for dining and activities. Our room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast options were enjoyable, especially the warm offerings like scrambled eggs and sausage!

We had echt een fantastic time here. The room was precies wat we needed, comfortable and clean, but it was a bit on the small side, especially with all our luggage from shopping. The service was top-notch. everyone was super vriendelijk and helpful, making us feel right at home. Walking to the shops and sights was a piece of cake, zo convenient!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, putting us right in the heart of the action. The staff were friendly.

Lift wait times were only problematic once .

I appreciated the friendly staff and the clean, comfortable room . The room felt quite small and lacked privacy, which can be challenging for families. It's a good choice for exploring nearby attractions, but some improvements in room size and layout would enhance the stay.
